This position will be the lead technical resource in developing a customer web portal. Responsibilities include: analyze, design, and implement the system architecture; establish and enforce system design, code, and documentation standards; assist in coordinating code development, testing, implementation, and support; act as primary liaison between technical staff and business stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
-Must have 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications.
-Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the self-motivation to improve skills and abilities.
-Must demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and an understanding of the insurance business. Experience in designing and developing consumer websites is preferred.
-Must have experience designing and implementing multi-tiered application architectures.
-Must demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the following technologies: ASP.Net, C#, XML, Service Oriented Architecture, and SQL Server.
