We have an opportunity for a permanent placement at one of our clients in the Dayton area. This person will be responsible for mentoring the developers in design and coding. They will also be responsible for creating the overarching design for any major system enhancement or new system implementation. With that being said the ideal candidate should have real life experience with UML, class diagrams, system diagrams, etc. They should have senior level experience in .Net, Sql Server, C#. They should have very solid communication skills.
