We are looking for a talented and motivated web developer to build new websites and extend current sites. The right individual will have a wide range of duties focused on developing web based applications using Visual Studio, ASP.Net and Javascript with Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Candidates must have a solid understanding of coding principles, a willingness to adhere to and help develop best practices and a strong desire to contribute to the development new revenue generating websites. Responsibilities:· Development of web based solutions in a multi-tiered environment · Design innovative, user-friendly and high impact user interfaces· Develop reusable components that can be leveraged across multiple vertical markets · Full lifecycle HTML, ASP.NET, JavaScript, custom AJAX development · Work with customers and other disciplines within the company to determine and refine technical and product direction· Write stored procedures for retrieval and update of data required for pages under constructionRequired Knowledge and Skills:· .NET Framework, ASP.NET 2.0, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL · HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML· Ability to write efficient SQL data access code· Must be a team player; possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.· Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously · Must be able to work closely with business and project leaders to meet project goals and deadlinesPreferred Knowledge and Skills:· Knowledge of Human Factors design best practices· IIS system administration· C#, XSLT· Agile development methodologies· Automated web testing· SilverlightEducation and work experience: · 4 Year Degree in a related field · 5+ years web development experience Location: Springfield, Ohio
