We have a need for a Technical Lead in the Dayton area who has the following experience:
Software Architect (In-house not Consultant) w/ 2+ years experience in a 200+ employee company.
Worked on projects equal to or greater than $500K in value.
Strong Design Background with UML and UML tools.
Good working knowledge and understanding of SDLC processes.
Good working knowledge and understanding of Top-Down Design.
Strong .NET environment experience
Proficient with C# for both Web and Windows Client environments.
Good working knowledge and understanding of Networking Protocols.
Strong SQL Server background.
